Your ibi application

We have ibi apps available for every platform: iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows as well as a web app. To get the most out of your ibi device, you’ll want to install the app on any frequently used computers and/or devices. This is how you’ll begin to collect and consolidate all of your content from various devices and accounts.
The ibi app is where you can enjoy and share photos, import from your social media accounts, and also set up automatic backups. The ibi app also has the capability to cast albums using Apple TV, Fire TV, and videos using Google Chromecast. Here’s how to begin:
1. Start by downloading ibi (it’s a free app) on your smartphone, opening the app and creating an account. You’ll need to download and install the ibi app on any devices you will be using to access your content, but start with a mobile phone.

  • Log into the ibi web app from any PC or mobile device  
2. Let the ibi app find your ibi device and start collecting the photos and videos off your phone.

Once you’ve set up the ibi app, you have also set up your ibi account, and you can use these login credentials to access ibi on any other devices: phone or tablet or desktop. Remember that the device is where the content is physically stored—but the app is where you can interact with it. Also there is no subscription fee attached for the usage of the app. It's free to use for all the platforms.
