Inner circle on ibi

Everything you keep on ibi is stored in a secure and private location, and you always have complete control over what you share and with whom. For this reason, ibi offers several different ways to share, ranging from sharing all your content with a select ‘inner circle’ or just sharing individual files. You can invite people to collaborate with you, adding their own comments and/or sharing their own content, or you can keep them as ‘view only.’ It’s always up to you as the primary account owner.

For your most intimate family and friends, ibi offers a “inner circle” on the mobile app so you can always share with the same intimate group. The inner circle is meant to be limited to your nearest and dearest, so you never have to think about inviting them individually to see your content—they’re automatically invited.

1. To set up your inner circle,
  • Tap the Inner Circle tab, which is the first tab on the App
  • Tap on "Add Member" button and add your friend's email id
  • You can go to any photo and videos inside your ibi and tap on "Share"
  • Tap on "Post to Inner Circle"
2. These users will be added as secondary users to your ibi account, where they will get their own login, and they can store their own files privately. They will have a separate user space where they can store photos and videos. No one will be able to access each other's data. You can always add or remove members of your inner circle.
3. Once it’s set up, everyone can post photos or videos for your inner circle to see, like, and comment on. They can add their photos and videos too.
4. Newest posts appear on the top, and a post can be deleted by anyone within the inner circle (without removing the data from the owner of the post).
5. A post can be deleted by anyone who is who is on the box
6. Deleting the inner circle post will not remove data from the user space of the user who shared the post
7. This can be done by using mobile, web. Inner circle is not available on the desktop app
