Importing from social and cloud services
ibi also lets you sync content from cloud services like Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and One Drive and view everything in the ibi app. You'll no longer need to toggle between all of these different services, all of your memories will be consolidated into one place.
To keep your content synced, you will need to enable the Social and Cloud Import app, which can be found in the “Do More” section of the ibi app. Click on the hamburger menu on the top left corner and find "Do More"
- Once you’ve set the import up, the content will sync automatically, only backing up what’s new from connected accounts.
- ibi will make a separate folder for each of the cloud services, so you can easily find what you’re looking for.ibi Social and Cloud Import uses single sign on.
How to get it working?
- Launch the ibi mobile app or open a web browser tab
- Sign in to your ibi account and navigate to "Do More -> Social and Cloud Import" screen in ibi
- Open a new web browser tab
- Go to Dropbox.com, Google.com, OneDrive.com, Box.com
- Sign In to the Social Media or Cloud service using the same credentials configured with ibi
- Sign Out of the Social Media or Cloud service
- Go to "Do More -> Social and Cloud Import" screen in ibi
- Click "Disable" to turn off the Social Media and Cloud Service in ibi
- Click "Enable" to turn on the Social Media and Cloud Service in ibi
- Click "Configure"
- Toggle on a service and sign in using a different Social Media or Cloud Service account
